Peoplebox team, this would be SO helpful. Loving Peoplebox so far and this is the only gap for me so far, setting aside nice-to-haves like G Suite integration.
Having mechanisms for feedback in any direction is intrinsically helpful (as long as it can be acted upon). But even more so for distributed teams and particularly those working in the agile model, where one of the three main principles is explicitly that feedback and communication pathways should be networked and omnidirectional. While the 1:1 functionality is fantastic, it's more supportive of the traditional top-down (and less often also bottom-up) modes of work.
Agile is having a big moment (as if it wasn't already 🙂) with current shift to remote work, and supporting 360 feedback and agile "network"-based feedback loops would also give you an edge in this market.
Please build this!
