🤝 1:1 & Standups

On a weekly, bi-weekly asks sentiment, productivity and a bunch of custom questions. Could be asked through Slack notification as well. This could be connected to a 1-on-1 or could work independently as a regular pulse.

As an organiser, I should be able to create it but not be part of it.
